Utilize a variety of 100 Mile menus where all the food items are within 100 miles of Toronto and use, as much as possible, food items that are in season.

 

Compost all kitchen scraps during preparation of menus and compost all leftover food

 

Order eco- friendly paper, packages, and products.  

Avoid as much as possible using paper for marketing reasons and when possible we do our invoicing electronically.

 

Present menus on items that are compostable, biodegradable, and recyclable
