We provide and arrange staffing for all events 

Staff is charged on a 4 hour minimum 


Rentals


à la Carte Kitchen will be pleased to present you with a rental quote for china, flatware, linens, tables, and glassware if these items are required.  

Guest Count  

The minimum guest count is 8 people, unless otherwise noted. We require a confirmed guest count five business days prior to the function. A guest count may increase in numbers but cannot decrease once a confirmed number has been provided. This restriction is due to the ordering of foods and preparation time required by the kitchen.

Delivery Charge

Delivery charges plus taxes apply to all orders.

Administrative  Charges and Taxes

Federal and provincial taxes are applied where required. All catered foods as well as service staff rates are subject to HST.                                                           

A 15% administrative charge is applied to catering invoices. This charge covers consultation, administration and on-site inspections.

Payments

A 25 % Deposit is required upon signing 
Remainder of the total approximate cost is required 10 days prior to event to confirm arrangements. 

Post event balance to be paid upon receipt of invoice. à la Carte Kitchen reserves the right to request a credit card number (corporate or personal) as a confirmation of order.
